Full Time-3pm to 12am / 4pm to 1am/ 5pm to 2am- Salary 10000CTC-9000TH + 3K Incentives
Split Shift-12pm to 4pm & 8pm to 12am- Salary 12000CTC- 10800TH
Job type: Non Target Base- Inbound process/Outbound process
Job Description
• Respond to customer enquirers in an inbound/outbound call centre environment.
• Strive towards first call resolution.
• Make client feel that they have received the best service at all times.
• Possess good knowledge of the organisations products and processes.
• Maintain TAT for all calls
• Adhere to call scripts and Process policy/ procedures.
• Meet all performance standards set by the organisation.
