- Pre-qualify request by determining quality and completeness of purchase request (PR) based on a defined set of rules for complex requests
- Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by the Client.
- Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from a preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval
- Build negotiation strategies to execute fact-based negotiations and obtain long/short terms discounts
- Lead negotiations with the suppliers to obtain savings on high-value requisitions
- Support other Procurement members in obtaining spot buy savings
- Build & Maintain effective supplier relationships to get timely quotations, obtain savings/discounts
- Verify all required approvers are included in the submission of requisition
- Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments/deletions based on requests
- Attempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues / open order expediting
- Handling queries regarding Invoice / PO Mismatch
Skills Requirement for the position:
- Good Communication skills
- Willing to work for Gurgaon Location
- Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts/night shifts (Both Side Cabs provided).

- Graduate
- Willing to work in all shifts including Night Shifts.
- Decent communication skills.
- Comfortable for Gurgaon location
