Responsibilities:

• Salary Processing of all Companies 
• Overall responsibility for maintenance and finalization Books of Accounts of all Company. Filing of various statutory returns, including TDS, GST, will also responsible for finalizing and auditing of financials.
• Supervising invoicing and AR Management of Company.
• Preparation Monthly Report
• Overall responsibility of TDS filing
• Collection and preparation of monthly financial reports
• Communicating with the Accounts Payable Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager to track pending invoices
• Stock Audit/Return of Company, Leading the team and other ad hoc task.
• Experience in different areas during article ship training of Statutory Audits and Internal Audit of established corporate in the field of manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, tele-communication, service industry and exposure for taxation matters in domestic taxation, transfer pricing.
• Experience in preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P/L, Income Tax Computation), TAX Audit Reports and Other provisions as applicable
• Professional Knowledge on GST Filings and its statutes, GST Audit, other ROC requirements.
• All Statutory compliances and reconciliations, i.e Provident Fund, ESIC, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Filings (Whether payment or Quarterly filing of Form) and Reconciliation, Payment of Gratuity, Bonus.
• Company’s various Ratios calculations and making conclusions based on those ratio’s comparison with similar industry practices
• Exposure to demonstrate thorough understanding of Indian Taxation, GAAP and auditing concepts and applied them to client situations.
• Full understanding of SAP, MS Office, Tally ERP, IT Software Genius and all other Finance Related software and utilities.
• Experience company and Individual all types of Return filings, Grievances and appeals filing in income tax website, replying to various demands raised by ITD, refund related issues, etc.
• Calculation of Advance Tax to be paid to avoid penalty.
• Knowledge on various aspects of Income Tax particularly relating to corporate restructuring and Industrial Deductions
• Goods and Service Tax (GST), Inputs and Outputs, RCM liabilities, all payments and filings.
• Good hand on Expatriate taxation and Foreign Exchange laws relating to them
• Tax Audit and Preparation report and others documents relating to
• Perform analytical review of financial statements and evaluating internal control systems
• Preparation of Audit Reports and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in accordance with statutory obligations
• Quick Problem solver on various issues arising out of application of Accounting Standards, GAAP, Insurance Laws, Banking Laws and Other sector specific Law and regulations.
• Sale Book, Purchase Book, Journal, Cash and Bank Books and register maintenance
• Statutory Liability payments and filing of returns

Requirements:

• Min 4-8 years of experience
• Good knowledge in accounting with mentioned all above skills.
• Good communication skills.
