MINIMUM 3-YRS TO 4-YRS EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.

SALARY - 25k To 30k

Skill Requirement: -

• Pump motor servicing & repairing.
• AHU motor FCU repairing.
• All HVAC unit including parts repairing and servicing.
• Monitoring of UPS, AHU units, Split AC and Duct able Units.
• All Electrical system Maintenance & equipment repairing Responsibilities & Duties.
• Operation and Maintenance of Lighting System in Plant.
• Operation and Maintenance of Fire System in Plant.
• Monitoring and Controlling of PCC and MCC.
• Overhauling of Three Phase Induction Motors.
• Daily Calculation of Plant Energy Consumption,
• Monitoring and Operation of the Fire and Safety System (FDA & PA system).
• Handling of manpower in shifts (including Night Shift).
• Monitoring of UPS, AHU units,
• Operation and Maintenance of 600 KVA DG Sets.
• Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of Breakers, Transformers, Relays, Timers, Contractors & Energy Meters.
• Carrying out all kinds of preventive and breakdown maintenance work along with dealing of AMC of different equipment.
• Handling of Housekeeping / Security & Technical Team.
• STP, WTP, RO Plant maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills.
