Experience: 3-10 Years in sales field (B2C Sales are preferred)
Experienced sales professionals from Telecom, FMCG, Banking products, Field sales are preferred.
Candidate Profile:
Graduates with a minimum of 3 Years of experience in sales and team-leading experience.
Required 3-10 Years of Experience in field sales and team-leading skills.
Ready to guide the field sales team in the allocated area in Bangalore.
Candidates having experience in Telecom, Retail, Banking field sales experience preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the wallet enrollments & Usage in the city.
* Do the market recce & prepare the list of outlets and assign the team for enrollments.
* Ensure the team members are in the market for enrolments & usage are done regularly
* Continually expand and grow transaction usage & enrolment numbers
* Ensure strict adherence to the KYC norms & processes in enrollments
* Driving the team towards a more focused approach for enrollment numbers & usage.
* Language: English + Kannada mandatory.
* Salary: 6 Lakhs per Annum + Monthly Incentives based on the performance.
Field Sales Executive (No.of vacancies:200)

CTC: Rs 2.8 Lakhs to 3.8 Lakhs per Annum + Monthly Incentive up to Rs 15000
