Our organization is offering an exciting job opportunity in the Group Claims department as an Associate & Senior Associate.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The creation of a pool of senior-level resources to process claims which are early in nature requires expertise.
Job Specification:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Ensuring implementation of process improvement and reduction in errors from the allotted team.
2) Ensuring productivity with quality from the team
3) Management of Claims MIS and acting as SPOC for internal customers
4) Ensuring process within internal timelines
5) Handling specific activities related to Claims assigned from time to time
6) Working on assigned projects.
7) Handling death claims
Technical Guidance:
Candidate requirement :
1. Candidates who have specialized in the field of B Pharm (Fresher) are highly preferred.
2. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience and belong to the insurance industry.
