Job Description:
- Responsible for advising DEMAT & Trading A/c opening process
- Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Equity
- Maintain client relationships and provide the best service.
- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
- To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
- Freshers are most welcome with good communication skills.
