Job Description

      • Make calls to customers in order to provide a service or information regarding the customers account
      • Receive calls from customers to resolve queries
      • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
      • Responsibility of handling any inquiries and resolving customer complaints on the service call
      • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
      • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
      • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
      • Refer customers to appropriate banking services
