Job Description
· Business Development (B.D.) & Client Relationship Management
· Responsible for achieving an end to end relationships and business opportunities from clients leading to revenue growth.
· Promote the company's business to prospective clients; Represent the organization in key external business relationships with major clients and making pitches to prospective clients.
· Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions.
· Gathering Market Intelligence: To search on the internet and other relevant sources to check the latest contract awards and other developments.
· Cold Calls and Emails
· Get contact details of relevant people and send mail/call.
· Ensure smooth functioning of the B.D. activity across all verticals. Liaison with the Management team to ensure the company's visibility.
· Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information on the business forecasts and sales cycles as required.
· Any other work given as per the discretion of the management.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements
· Good Analytical skills, Communication Skills, Computer Proficiency, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Salesmanship.
· Must have knowledge of the US Market.
· Must be target and result oriented
