About the Role:

You will use your US Recruitment and training skills to prepare employees to accomplish job results by planning, conducting, and evaluating training programs.


Location: Dehradun

Work Timings:  Night Shift (EST shift)

Job Specification:

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Conduct Training Batches. These batches include resources with little to no knowledge of the US Staffing industry.

  • Help improve training programs

  • Create content for training programs; Produce training materials for in-house courses

  • Conduct OJT and Manual Intervention Programs

  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, conferences, and simulations

  • Monitor and establish metrics to ensure L&D efforts and results are efficiently and effectively meeting the business needs of the organization

  • Create and execute long term performance and monitoring plans for trainees

  • Research and introduce new training and learning techniques and tools

  • Work from one of our offshore branches (Noida or Dehradun) and travel to other locations as and when required


Your Experience:

  • Extensive experience handling fresher training batches

  • Proven experience with creating training Content and Material for US Staffing organizations with a focus on Fresher and Lateral Recruitment training

  • Hands-on US recruitment experience (Present or Past) is required to be successful in this role
