What you might be doing on a typical day as a Customer Service executive:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over the call
  • Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
  • Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
  • Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

  • Superior customer service skills and teamwork
