Job Description

The position holder shall be responsible for ensuring completion of all the tasks assigned by the supervisor within the stipulated turnaround time meeting the said quality standards, also should be adhering to all the set company policies.

Process: Non-Voice / Non Accounts  

Competencies:
  1. Analyze and comprehend data pertaining to a limited search.
  2. Fulfill the requirements of the order using data analysis and interpretation.
  3. Interpret basic title search information for limited search products.
  4. Analyze information with regard to PI, GI, Liens and other aspects of limited search products.
  5. Analyze and diagnose issues faced during a limited search.
  6. Different types of refinancing with respect to the limited search process.
  7. Taxes and codes that are incurred on a property (taxes incurred on the property with relevant codes).
  8. Vesting and various types of ownership (Vesting and various types of ownership such as Sole ownership, Co-Ownership, Joint Tenancy, Tenancy in common, etc.
  9. Legal terminologies specifically associated with Title Insurance.
  10. Identifying legal barriers to the sale of a property.

Requirement:
* Graduates(B.SC/B.com/BBA/BBM/BA) cleared in 2019 batch(Must have no backlogs)
* No B.E/ B.Tech Graduates
* Should have good Knowledge in Insurance/Mortgage Process
* Should have good analytical skills.
* Should have excellent command over English (Written & Spoken)
* Should be a quick learner
* Must be confident to adapt to business needs or process requirements
* Must be flexible to work in shifts (morning/ noon/ night) on a rotational basis.

Technical Guidance:

  1. Tools such as Data Tree, Data Trace, EWB, FAST, etc.
  2. Retrieving information from Online sites
  3. (All applications and tools detailed in Annexure sheet)
  4. Real Estate Law
  5. Legal terminologies specifically associated with Title Insurance
  6. Identifying legal barriers to the sale of a property
  7. Knowledge of Survey map reading
  8. Knowledge of Legal descriptions and their nuances.
