  1. Managing travel and stay related arrangements for all staff within Capita / Ventura.
  2. Liaising with vendors (travel/hotels) to make timely arrangements as appropriate.
  3. Ensuring all queries are responded to with adequate and correct information.
  4. Negotiating with travel agencies to obtain competitive pricing for the requisite arrangements.
  5. Travel & Stay arrangement as per request.

  8. Vehicles tracking.
