Greetings Candidates!!We are hiring freshers for reputed E-Commerce Domestic & International BPO for Voice and Backend process.
Job Type: Full-time/Part Time/Home Based
Locations: Delhi /Gurgaon /Noida/ Faridabad /Ghaziabad
Responsibilities:
1. The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
2. The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work upon resolving them.
3. The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.
Skills:
1. Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
2. Selected candidates will have a choice to work either in Day or Night shifts.
Educational requirements:
High School/Graduates/B Tech/Dropouts
Salary:
a) 11000-15700 PLUS INCENTIVES IN DOMESTIC BPO
b) 13000-18000 IN INTERNATIONAL PROCESS
Language preference: Hindi/ English
