Activating accounts: Activating accounts, linking UPI, and ensuring M0 and savings balance
Managing portfolios: Managing portfolios
Introducing new customers: Introducing and acquiring new customers
Generating leads: Generating leads for family accounts and other cross-sell products
Resolving customer queries: Resolving customer queries and issues
Completing account opening formalities: Meeting and completing account opening formalities
