Job Specification:

Salary : 15K take home + Incentives + Allowances

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
  2. Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
  3. Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products
  4. Verify customer details and guide them through application gateway
  5. Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight
  6. Mandatory Skills: Excellent Verbal communication in English & Hindi

 

Technical Guidance:

Required Candidate profile

Higher Secondary Pass with Good English Communication or any Graduates
