- Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
- Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients
- Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts
- Discuss and influence client needs, expectations, and satisfaction in the area of service delivery.
- Will be responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.

Post: Sales/Business Development (Inside Sales)
- Sales Representative will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and finding new customers.
- Negotiating and closing sales.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions and providing outstanding customer service.
- Interact and correspond with prospective clients.
- Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients
- Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills should be assertive and able to influence.
- Should be presentable, confident in his approach and should be able to deal with people.
- Passionate and willing to influence change.
- Should be able to work independently, fast learner and adaptive to changes.
- Good team player with the ability to become a coach.
- Very good in people management
- Result oriented and performance-driven.
- Go a better attitude and have a good/proven track record.
Eligible criteria:
- Mini 6mths to Max 1yr of Exp from Financial/Banking Industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.(Mandatory)
