Job Specification:

Responsibilities :

  1. Respond to customer queries and customers concern
  2. Provide support for data collection to enable the Recovery of the account for end-user.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
  4. Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
  5. Provide excellent customer service to our customers

 

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum qualifications: UG -B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management, B.A - Any Specialization
  2. Freshers are only eligible
  3. Non-Tech grads are only eligible
  4. Should be able to speak English & Hindi (OR) English & Telugu


Preferred Requirement :

  1. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  2. Problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach Demonstrated proficiency in English
  3. Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )
