Primary Responsibilities - Production
- Customize and produce PowerPoint presentations and proposal documents, templates, infographics representations for clients and partners for sales and presales community
- Must be able to understand requirements and flavor to develop creative concepts and incorporate it in the outputs
- Ensures brand consistency across all creative sales/presales presentations and proposal documents
- Strong visualization skills needed. Must be able to work on jobs independently without supervision
- Perform as a multi-tasker and should be able to handle/work in a pressurized environment
- Produce accurate and high-quality work
- Work as part of a dedicated team including other designers, specialists, and manager
- Should be able to do self/peer quality checks on documents produced
- 3-5 years' experience as a Presentation / Document Specialist.
- A person who can assist on the production floor on high-end / business presentations and proposal documents. Ability to handle graphics/formatting projects with a quick turnaround.
- Should possess strong organizational skills, time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Should be flexible with work timings and weekend shifts on a rotational basis
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Working knowledge of MS-Office
- Thorough knowledge in the following software applications is required: PPT, Word; especially business presentations and word proposal documents. Visualization to create new layout outputs.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide outputs
- 3-5 years related experience in a corporate setting is required
- Must possess exceptional computer skills
