Job Description

Freshers (Only Passed Out Graduates are eligible till 2019 batch)
**Excellent communication skills are required.
** Looking for Immediate Joiners only.

Responsibilities:
Timely deliver different project's data at the highest possible quality standard.
Quickly learn new project requirements.
Help design processes for QA of entered data.
Communicate and participate in project forums.
Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve numbers.

Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Extensive internet research skills
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
Team player with a good interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
Willing to work in 24*7 environment


Shift Timings: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm & 4:30 pm - 1:30 am

Job Specification:

  1. Being instrumental in adding content and maintain large informational database websites.
  2. Check the quality of content and do an analysis of quality data. 
  3. Work on various data tools and generate information by doing online research
  4. Update, Validate & Quality Assurance of the data.
  5. Ability to identify and verify source authenticity.
  6. Solve complex problems in a time-bound and effective manner.
  7. Ability to analyze data by doing a secondary search.
  8. Work on various Domains/subjects and multiple Jobs.
  9. Should be able to work on Jobs related to English as well as Hindi
