Job Description

We are looking for the person who can meticulously handle HR-related function

 

Responsibilities and duties :

  • Salary Calculation
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance report, Salary calculation, Documentation.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • IT-related problem Solving
  • Compliance working from starting to challan generation
  • Maintaining all type of legal records regarding Audit
  • Preparing Legal Agreements with Labour Contractors

Job Specification:

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualification 

  • MBA Required
  • 4-6 Years of experience required
  • Should have command on Salary calculation
  • Should have knowledge on all HR functional area (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Should have high accuracy in work.
  • Should have positive approach towards his/her work
  • Should create and implement effective on-boarding plans
  • Should actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making apti

Experience:
