Be updated with the process through training, assessments and global meetings
Communicate with the customer to initiate the relationship and obtain customer demographic details
Record customer demographic details along with valid documentation in the internal accounting portal
2. Preparation of Invoices
Review contracts for various services (upfront and recurring) and enter the billing information in the internal portal
Create an invoice for various services, on the basis of tasks on the internal portal and reports received from across locations
Monitor tasks to ensure accurate and timely billing of all services
3. Communication
Monitor internal requests created by finance associates for the financial discrepancy and correct the information accordingly
Handle customer queries related to billing
Assist internal stakeholders with billing queries
4. Knowledge quotient
Be updated about the new features and enhancements within the product
Be updated with product, process and technical knowledge
