Job Description

  1. Good in NON-IT sourcing, preferably from BFSI-Insurance sector hiring.
  2. Candidates owning experience in BPO hiring are also welcome
  3. Excellent communication and convincing skills required
  4. Source potential candidates from various online portals
  5. Screening resumes and performing phone interviews with candidates
  6. Follow up on the interview schedules

Job Specification:

  1. Only Experienced candidates need to apply
  2. Experience in recruitment at least 1 year and up to 5 years
