We are conducting a walk-in drive for Human Resource Talent acquisition (2- 6 years experience) profile for Kolkata location on Renowned Partner Payroll.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying the hiring need in coordination with the business and ensure the right candidates are identified and hired on time as per schedule.
- Pre-employment screening
- Analysis of the forecast of required resources
- Networking and selection of proper hiring channel
- Maintain a steady talent pool for future recruitment
- Vendor management.
- Good Excel knowledge
- Conducting employee engagement activity
- Grievance handling
Job Specification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource.
- Candidate should be experienced in hardcore staffing for a minimum of 2-6 years.
- Candidates are preferable from Banking, BPO/ITES, Telecom, Reputed RPOs, etc.
- Strong in HR functional areas - Talent Acquisition.
