Responsibilities:

1. Create Crystal reports on various different formats depending on business needs.
2. Gather requirements efficiently to create better crystal reports.
3. Collaborate with clients to create various crystal & dashboard reports.
4. Manage reports with a specific focus on Compliance (due dates).
5. Perform independently with minimal supervision and work with others developing trusting relationships.
6. Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within an organization.
7. Adapt quickly to complex culture and develop successful professional relations with key stakeholders.
8. Identify and convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays, and impacts to project team members and Managers and Supervisors.
9. Recommend management of the status of all crystal & other dashboard reports.
   Collaborate with all cross-functional team members/system owners to accomplish the required tasks and provide project updates.
   
   

Job Requirement:

1. A bachelor's degree in any field from a reputed university and should have the knowledge for handling crystal reports.
2. Should be comfortable with NIGHT SHIFTS.
3. Working knowledge of the US healthcare Industry and HIPAA.
4. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
5. Should have the ability to work efficiently with very little supervision and should be self-motivated and self-directed.
