Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role is responsible for ensuring hiring meets the forecast requirements for the year as well as maintaining the focus on quality candidates. Owns and manages the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded. Actively seek and develop innovative sourcing methods as well as be aware of emerging trends in Hiring and technology. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Build university / college relationship to attract right talent and also to build brand amongst the candidate pool.
Understand business requirements and identify suitable candidates for the open positions across business verticals.
Sourcing / screening, short-listing profiles from sources like, LinkedIn, job portals , other related sites and channels as appropriate for the role
Conduct initial screening to check if candidate matches the requirements as per open position based on work experience, qualifications, aspirations, skills and competencies.
Organising interviews in coordination with Assessor (Business ) , Panel as well as the candidate
and timely schedule them
Obtaining feedback from hiring managers / Business Partners and communicate appropriately
Gathering pre-close information (candidate's present/ expected compensation, relocation issues, etc.)
Get connected and engaged with candidates until joining
Collecting feedback after each round, conducting debriefs and taking necessary call for action based on the feedback received.
Ensuring extraordinary candidate experience
Share the information in an organised manner with Business HR and Manager for further steps
Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates - active and passive
Preparing and releasing advertisements in various portals - linkedin , naukri e.tc
Preparing Hiring update for open/closed positions
Campus / University Relationship & Connect
Understand the role and suggest where the fresh graduates can fit in
Work closely to build university connect / campus ties up, programs
Schedules of placements, internship programs of selected campuses/colleges
