Qualification: Degree or MBA(HR)

Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and 0.6 months to 2yr exp.

Skills: Candidate with Good communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

1) Need to Understand a job requirement given by the client.

2) Should fetch resumes from the Job Portal which matches with requirement.

3) Need to make a call to the candidate and screen for the interview over the call.

4) Draft a mail to the respective candidate with an appropriate Job description.
