Responsibilities and Duties

Making calls to candidate’s database
Attending walk-in candidates for interview & queries
Taking Interviews of candidates for various job profiles & check suitability
Counseling candidates about Training & Placement Procedures
Managing interview schedules for Airlines & hospitality clients
Maintain attendance, Database & company records as per instructions

Qualifications and Skills

Female Candidate with Min. Graduation or above
Nice Grooming level & good Interpersonal skills
Active, Quick –learner, Self-motivated ,self-driven & optimistic attitude
Comfortable in tele-calling & interacting with people
Basic knowledge of computers e.g. Ms-word, excel & Internet
Age between 20-27 yrs.
Any Experience in Counseling/Recruitment/customer interaction can be an advantage, enthusiastic fresher are welcome to apply
