LLB preferred but not mandatory
Experience : min 6 months to 2 years

Required Candidate profile
Candidate should have:
Good knowledge of Companies Act
Good in drafting various agreements
Good understanding of various statutory norms
Should be able to comprehend various articles, amendments and notices
Good written & verbal communication
Willingness to learn
Excellent drafting skills

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 PA.
