We are looking for person who can meticulously handle HR related function
Responsibilities and Duties :
Salary Calculation
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance report, Salary calculation, Documentation.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
IT related problem Solving
Compliance working from starting to challan generation
Maintaining all type of legal records regarding Audit
Preparing Legal Agreements with Labour Contractors
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
MBA Required
4-6 Years of experience required
Should have command on Salary calculation
Should have knowledge on all HR functional area (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Should have high accuracy in work.
Should have positive approach towards his/her work
Should create and implement effective on-boarding plans
Should actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Should have good communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Experience : total work: 5 years (Required)
Payroll Processing: 3 years (Required)
human resources: 4 years (Required)
Education : Master's (Required)
Salary : 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 /month
License : Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
