Urgent requirement of Civil Planning Engineer

Job Description :
1.Understand the Drawing, Finding out the quantities Level & prepare work schedule to ensure the completion time of project.
2.Monitoring work progress properly and compare it to finalised schedule to avoid time lacking and report it to concern team and as well as management with your best optional remarks .
3.Planning & Reconciliation of Materials at site & Estimate of Quantities of different structure as per Drawing and certification of the executed quantity.
4.Proper Documentation and daily basis update the work progress report like DPR, WPR, MI and prepare costing report as per budgeted vs Actual.
5.Fixation of targets to contractors in order to complete the project within stipulated time frame and budgeted cost.
6.To attend necessary site management meetings applied the MOM on ground.
7.Timely certification of Bill quantities of contractors.
8.Drawing study and finalizing of required decisions before execution.
9.Good knowledge of ERP and applied it to maintain proper BOQ, Work-order, work done on proper system to ensure the costing ( sub-structure wise )
