Job Description :
1) Recruiting candidates for Pan India Locations.
2)Sourcing the candidates through Job Portals, References, Ads, Walk-ins and other Database.
3)Building a strong candidate database across critical skill sets.
4)Screening & shortlisting of Cvs and initial Interview scheduling on Telephone.
5)Partnering with the hiring manager to determine hiring needs.
6)Planning, coordinating & executing the Recruitment and Selection process.
7)Ensure recruitment of resources within the lead time specified
8)Developing and maintaining the database on the basis for immediate & future requirements
