  • Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for ITES vertical.
  • Calling and lining up candidates for interview & follow up.
  • Candidates are involved in end to end recruitment.
  • Understanding the client's requirements.
  • Generating leads through a reference. (We have portals too like My Career Bugs, Naukri Monster & Times )
  • Having a telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating their communication skills.
  • Interview scheduling, follow up and coordination with clients.
