  1. 0-5 Yrs. of experience in Voice and DSL technology.
  2. Having Knowledge in Networking/ CCNA, DSL Modem and Wi-Fi Router Configuration.
  3. Good Communication Skill and customer handling capacity.
  4. Have knowledge of the Telecom copper/fiber network.
  5. KPI adherence & meeting KRA Targets.
  6. Customer visit as per appointment/complaint resolution within SLA.
  7. First Time Right solution.
  8. Adherence to the latest SOP.
  9. Completion of SCR (Service Completion Report).
