Job Description
1. Troubleshoot Level 1 and 1.5 Network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN region).
2. Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards.
3. Flexible with working schedule; expected to work weekends, holidays and night shifts (US/CAN hours).
4. Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities including 24/7/365 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day
5. Ability to learn new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all times.
6. Escalate complex problem to appropriate support teams.
7. Knowledge of Routers, switches and T1.

Soft Skills:
1. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
2. Good documentation skills
3. Should have a great customer handling skills
4. Able to handle unforeseen situations
Technical Guidance:
Note: CCNA trained or certified candidates are preferred.
Education: B. Tech in Electronic and communication or Graduates, apart from B. Tech in Computer science.
