Designation- Executive customer care (hindi,telugu,malayalam,Kannada)
Process- Inbound / Outbound
Job Profile:
*Attend Inbound Call and understand the needs of the customer and tag the CQR (Complaint, Query, Request) appropriately
*In case of a complaint, communicate the end resolution to the customer and carry out other necessary activities in coordination with others departments
*Provide an online resolutions in case of a query/request
*Communicate the TAT to the customer based on the CQR and ensure timely fulfillment of the requirement
*Also utilize the opportunity to pitch a sale, by generating further needs and promoting offers
*Ensure quality of calls is met
