Job description:-
1. Managing travel and stay related arrangements for all staff within Capita / Ventura.

2. Liaising with vendors (travel/hotels) to make timely arrangements as appropriate.

3. Ensuring all queries are responded to with adequate and correct information.

4. Negotiating with travel agencies to obtain competitive pricing for the requisite arrangements.

5. Travel & Stay arrangement as per request.

6. Liaising with vendors (travel/hotels) to make timely arrangements as appropriate.

7. Ensuring all queries are responded to with adequate and correct information.

8. Vehicles tracking.

9. Vendor management, service issues escalation.

10. Invoicing and vendor payments.

11. Hotel arrangements in other cities as per requests.

12. Escorting visitors to meeting rooms.

13. Pantry Service Management.

Salary Range: 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
