1. End to end recruitment & analyzing the requirements.

2. Sourcing the profiles according to the requirements through various job portals like My Career Bugs, Naukri, Monster, Times job portals, references.

3. Job posting on job boards, popular sites.

4. Cold calling the candidates, screening them & interviewing them based on the requirement.

5. Sending desired candidates profile to client & scheduling the candidate interviews with the clients.

6. Follow up with the clients for daily updates & feedbacks on interviews & new requirements.

7. Intimating the results & status of the interview to the candidates.

8. Maintaining database & excel sheet tracker for the database.

9. Good Team Management skills.
