Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description:
· Designing and updating job descriptions
· Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
· Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
· Screen incoming resumes and application forms and assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
· Conduct interviews
· Coordination regarding documentation

Skills Required:
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role (min 1 year)
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement
• Be able to work independently with minimum instructions
• Good personality, should be polite
