Purpose of the position: This position holder should be in Infrastructure Industry like Roads & Highways . Exposure required in Manpower Planning ,Strategic Ties with local authorities Personnel, Environment Clearance & Labour Licenses & Laws. Implementation of HR Policies. Independently handle IR issue at site, Facility management, vendor management, security & camp management, fleet management. Know the site statutory compliance.
Essential criteria:
Knowledge of Benefits Administration.
Knowledge of Employment Laws.
Employee budgeting.
Project Planning.
Project Establishment.
Land Acquisition.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in Hindi and English.

Education : PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
