Sharing of confirmation data to concerned managers for confirmation & follow up for conformation forms
Issuing Conformation letter
NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME:
Collecting pf NPS forms from locations and verifying the forms
Approval from Head HR
Maintenance of NPS tracker and forwarding to Bank
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:
Planning of Engagement activities as per the budget
Finding the vendor, getting quotations and finalising the vendor
Conducting Engagement activities
Payment Follow up
Preparation of Reporting Structures
Exit Interviews for left employees and their supervisors and maintaining hard copies & exit tracker
Preparing the Exit report every month and forwarding to reporting manager
Master Data Creation and Modification in SF
Designing and preparation of all Processes Flow Charts, Org Charts and Formats for all the process in the Organization
Defining the Job Roles for all departments, mapping the roles to all the employees and preparing the Job Descriptions for all the job roles
