1. Source profiles through various channels to recruit workforce. • Handle the recruitment process. • Constantly build cost-effectiveness in recruitment.

• 2. Should be able to train freshers online on different job portals like- My Career Bugs, Monster, Naukri, Times.

• 3. Matching the prospective employee profiles with the available business requirements.
• 
  
• 4. Closing allotted positions within a specified period.
• 
  
• 5. Post the job in various job portals (My Career Bugs, Monster, Naukri, Times)
• 
  6. Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• 
  
• 7. Shortlists CVs as per vacancy requirements.
• 
  
• 7. Prescreens candidates by doing the telephonic interviews, Arrange assessment centers for candidates and obtain results from assessors.
• 
  
• 8. Submit results to the Human Resources Manager to select the suitable candidate for the position and to fix the compensation package.
• 
  
• 9. Arrange the final round of interviews Responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process.
• 
  
• 10. Good communication skills (Written & Verbal). 
• 
  
• 11. Should have the flair of counseling / convincing Skills.
• 
  
• 12. Career Advisor: Sourcing Career postings in job portals. jobs and profiles.
• 
  
• 13. Collect resumes and provide assistance through job portal and social media job search.
• 
  
• 14. Keeping a track of all the inquiries generated and follow up. Initiate, progress.
