  1. Sourcing Profile from Portals & Different Channels.
  2. Recruitment and Selection from employee referrals, consultants and zonal recruitment teams on a cost-effective basis.
  3. Offer Negotiation and closure.
  4. Implementing various Employee Engagement activities.
  5. Attendance and Payroll Processing with error-free inputs.
  6. Preparing various MIS and Reports as and when required.
  7. Ensuring basic HR Hygiene through timely issuance of Offer and Appointment Letters, ID cards.  
  8. Ensuring proper adherence to Joining and Exit formalities.
  9. Ensuring proper maintenance of Statutory Compliances.
