We are looking to hire a dynamic and talented Talent acquisition professional which would be working for our clients across geographies in the US, India and the Middle East. Agility is required as this may involve working in US timings.
Job Description:
* Candidate will be responsible for recruiting fresh talent for Information Technology requisitions which includes having a robust understanding of technical skills across various technologies.
* Establish and maintain business relationships with candidates, partners, and clients, with proven ability to leverage these relationships for business gains.
* Exposure to various kinds of sourcing mechanisms with proven abilities to screen profiles, qualify skills and follow up till closure.
* Exposure to W2 hiring in the US with in-depth knowledge of paperwork and process.
* Good Negotiation skills in terms of pay rates and other contractual terms with candidates.
* Ability to chase and close in individual recruiting targets. Should have proven experience of consistently delivering Minimum 3 - 5 submissions a day.
* Team player with an ability to maintain good relationships with candidates and increase business opportunities for the company.
* Able to work in a high-pressure environment which may involve cross tagging to various clients and skills which would involve prioritizing demands. Ensuring 100% coverage to all clients.
* Regular follow up with the respective reporting managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
* Schedule job interviews and interaction with Account Managers to ensure closure implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
