Future Generali Insurance going to hire candidates for the post of senior executive. Responsible for developing motor business through channels such as Motor Dealers, Direct Selling Agents, Used Car Dealers in the Branch
1 Identifying and recruitng Channel Partners who specialise in selling Motor Insurance. E.g Dealers/DSA./ Agents
2 Ensuring training and licensing of Channel Partners
3 Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru channel partners
4 Provide end to end solutions to channel partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
5 Managing and growing the existing channel partners
6 Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
7 Regularly monitor and control cover notes
8 Focus on retention business
9 Responsible for conducting regular training programs for Channel partners on existing and new products
10 Cordination with the various deparments for the approvals and smooth issuance of the Proposal
11 Nill Discripancy


Location : Hyderabad
Salary: INR 3,25,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
