Job Description :
Position: State Head (Hyderabad) AP&TS
Roles And Responsibilities:
*Managing Multiple Regions for Bancassurance Business.
*Managing a teams of Area Manager and Relationship Manager.
* Must be working in Bancassurance channel since 6-10 years
* Should be based at Hyd or earlier worked in AP TS.
* Should have good years of Exp. in Team Handling on State level.
* Engagement with Channel partners BM. RM and Credit and UW team at regular intervals.
* Achievement of GWP Target from the branches allotted to him.
* To improve Penetration and work on each key metrics identified for the channel.
* Motivate, control and monitor Insurance officers to procure business and ensure compliance in all respects.

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
