* Work for 2 to 3 hours per day and earn up to 6k per week as a part-time or home-based worker.

1. Manage the overall HR operations
2. End to end recruitment

4. Preparing various letters like offer & appointment letter, warning, termination, retrenchment letter etc.
5. Employee Engagement
6. Knowledge of PF, ESIC & Gratuity
7. End to end Admin activities
8. Vendor management

1. Maintaining Data in Excel
2. MIS reporting by using MS Excel
3. Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.
4. Reporting & Data Management
5. Taking Follow-up with the vendor
6. Preparing MIS report as per required
7. Updating Daily MIS Report and activity-based information coordination and Management.
8. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports highlighting performance and
targets.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in teaching.

1. Advise students/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
2. Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions.
3. Understand Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods.
4. Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution.
5. Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
6. Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
   

• Business relationship officer is ON ROLLS of ICICI Bank.
• This is a Sales Job and not a Branch Operations Job. Requires fieldwork.
• Will be required to Generate Business for a designated branch in the assigned geography.
• Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank products - saving & current accounts through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
• Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned.

1. 0-5 Yrs. of experience in Voice and DSL technology.
2. Having Knowledge in Networking/ CCNA, DSL Modem and Wi-Fi Router Configuration.
3. Good Communication Skill and customer handling capacity.
4. Have knowledge of the Telecom copper/fiber network.
